The inception

Duraton Cement is India's most advanced cement, designed to build an ever-growing India. Suitable for all categories of construction, Duraton Cement is a technically superior product that ensures high early strength, better durability of concrete and improved workability.

It is manufactured by Asian Fine Cements Ltd, a technologically advanced cement manufacturing company backed by the heritage and work ethics of Asian Fine Concrete and Cements Ltd, a leading name in the Cement industry.

Produced at a highly advanced plant at Rajpura, Punjab and launched in two variants 5X and 7X, Duraton is one of the top 10 cements in India. The cement plant was established in technical collaboration with FL Smidth of Germany, world leaders in cement technology and the plant produces cement at par with international standards.

Duraton deploys advanced technology to ensure that the cement produced is of superior quality. Its Robotics technology includes robotic auto-sampling from sample collection to the packaging stage. Such an advanced process control equipped with the latest technology in cement ensures its product quality. The robotic control eliminates any room for human error possible, thereby, making the cement a reliable one.

The two-stage superfine grinding amplifies its grinding process. This results in narrow and uniform particle size distribution leading to lesser water demand and achieving higher cohesiveness. Its improved workability results in smooth finish, fast mixability, and better admixture compatibility.

Duraton cement consumes less water, is anti-corrosive and comes with high compressive strength, making it the right fit for any building - residential constructions, high rise buildings, roads, runways, bridges & flyovers as well as plaster and brickworks.
